A different kind of mighty noodles. Reames Yolk-Free Egg Noodles are made with the same three simple ingredients, minus the yolks. Still no preservatives and never dried. Perfect for soups, casseroles, entrees and side dishes.
Contains: Egg, Wheat.
Bleached Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Egg Whites.
Cooking Instructions: Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil.
Add 2 teaspoons salt, if desired.
Add frozen noodles and return to a full rolling boil, stir to separate.
Cook noodles uncovered for 20 minutes or until desired tenderness, stir occasionally.
Noodles will be tender but still slightly firm.
For Soups & Stews: Cook noodles in broth for the same length of time.
