Instructions
Bring 3-4 quarts salted (optional) water or broth to a boil.
Place frozen spaetzle in boiling liquid.
Stir spaetzle to separate, return to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered for 1-2 minutes or to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally.
Drain thoroughly.
Use in place of potatoes or rice in your favorite entree, or incorporate into soups.
