Pasta Primavera

Reames® Homestyle Egg Noodles make a tasty base for veggies galore! Toss them with onion, garlic, peppers, snap peas, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, squash, classic Italian herbs and Parmesan for a quick, memorable meal.

Step One:

Bring pot of salted water to boil. Cook noodles until al dente. Rinse and drain.

Step Two:

Heat olive oil in large, deep-sided pan over medium heat. When hot, add onion and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, 3 to 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook another minute.

Step Three:

Stir in bell peppers and snap peas and sauté another 2 to 3 minutes.

Step Four:

Stir in tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash and herbs and sauté another 2 to 3 minutes.

Step Five:

Stir in the pasta and toss to combine.

Step Six:

Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
